At NAGHEDI, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our hand-woven bags and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unused, unwashed merchandise in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all original tags and dust bags are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
